We offer a comprehensive plant guarantee when you buy plants and sign a plant maintenance contract with us.

Our plant guarantee covers the following cases:

• No flowers (flowering plants)
• Initial inferior plant quality
• The plant is dried out
• Rotten plant
• Overgrown
• Vermin
• Plant age (the plant has lost it decorative value due to age)
• Sold to wrong location (e.g. insufficient light conditions).

In the following cases our plant guarantee is not applicable:

• The client wants to change the type of plant
• Cold draft caused by the client
• The client has watered the plant/poured liquids in the pot
• Mechanical damage caused by the client
• The plant was stolen at the client's premises
• The plant was moved to a new location by the client without prior consultation with Terrakultur
