Q1: Are the plants you sell natural?
A1: Yes, all the plants which we sell are natural and of the highest quality. Our plants are only purchased directly from the best growers in Holland.

Q2: Can you take care of the plants we buy from you?
A2: Of course, furthermore we offer a complete service and maintenance program including a plant guarantee.

Q3: Can you take care of our existing plants?
A3: Yes, we can take care of your existing plants. However, we may require that the plants are re-planted into new high quality soil and are placed in new plant containers which will not leak or are of a size which are more suitable for the particular plant.

Q4: How soon can you come to see us?
A4: We can usually come and visit you within 24 hours of your call to us.

Q5: How much does your maintenance cost?
A5: Our service price will depend on the type and size of plants which you choose as well as the total number of plants which we will service. Our minimum fee is Euro 25 per month.

Q6: Do you provide a plant guarantee?
A6: We offer a complete plant guarantee on all plants as long as the particular plant has been recommended and sold by us and you use our service.

Q7: How soon can we receive plants for our office?
A7: Our standard delivery time is 10-12 days however we may be able to deliver quicker if we have the plants which you require available at our warehouse or showroom.

Q8: Do you also do cut flowers and artificial plants?
A8: We do not provide cut flowers however we can arrange artificial plants.

Q9: Can we buy one plant from you? Can we rent one plant from you?
A9: Yes, you may purchase one plants from us however we will charge a minimum fee of Euro 25 per month for service to cover transportation costs. Rental of only one plant will be on a case by case basis.

Q10: What happens with the plants when the rental agreement expires?
A10: We offer our clients to either return the plants to us or to pay the residual value of the plants. If you choose to pay the residual value the plants then belong to you. You can sign a separate service agreement with us, which continues to guarantee the quality of your plants.

Q11: Can we rent plants for one day from you?
A11: No, unfortunately that is not possible. We only offer plants for longer rental periods.

Q12: For how long can we rent the plants?
A12: Our clients may rent our plants on 12, 24 or 36 months contracts.

Q13: Does your first visit cost us anything?
A13: No, we always visit our clients free of charge.

Plant Maintenance and Service

Q14: Should we do anything with the plants?
A14: No, you should not clean, water, move or in any other way care for the plants. Our service is professional and our staff understands what your plants need and will carry out all necessary service to the plants when visiting your office.

Q15: Should we water the plants ourselves?
A15: No, you should not water the plants. If you do water the plants independently our plant guarantee will not be valid. Too much watering is one of the most common reasons for a plant to become unwell or die.

Q16: Are your gardeners professional?
A16: Our gardeners are highly professional and have passed through our internal training program. Many of our gardeners are also educated landscaping designers or agronomists educated at Russian Universities. Our gardeners have also received training in corporate behavior and wear uniforms.

Q17: At what time can we expect the service team to come?
A17: Our service teams work between 07:00 and 16:00, Monday to Friday.

Q18: How often does your service teams visit our office?
A18: Our service teams visit your office every two weeks unless otherwise has been agreed.

Q19: Is it enough to service the plants one time per two weeks?
A19: Yes, it’s enough. The reason is that we use high quality soil which retains the water well. We also use water systems on many plants which also allows the plant to drink as and when it needs to. In addition we make sure that all plants are planted in plant containers suitable for the size of the plant's root system as well as add additional soil which allow the plant to drink.
