Eight easy steps to understanding how your workplace could be enjoying a more beautiful and healthy work environment with greenery.

1. Our first step is always a visit to your premises to understand your needs and what type of plants and pots you are interested in. The lay-out of and style of your office/premises as well as lighting conditions, areas with draft from air conditioning units, walk-ways (to understand where mechanical damage can occur) and many other variables are all input in our design process so we can recommend the best plants for your specific office or public space. The first visit is always free of charge.
2. After the meeting our Sales Managers will together with you select suitable plants and pots to fit your office both from a design perspective and from what plants will thrive in your work environment. Upon request a photo collage can also be done which shows how your office/space could look like with plants. Within 48 hour you should receive your first design proposal with prices and our terms and conditions.
3. If you accept our proposal the next step is to sign a purchase and service contract.
4. After the contract has been signed and we have received a pre-payment will will order your plants directly from the best growers in Holland.
5. After approximately 7-10 days you plants will arrive to Moscow, where we replant them in our specially produced soil, carry out pro-active plant treatments and professionally pack them for delivery.
6. We agree on delivery day and time that suits you and place the plants where they are intended to stand according to the proposal. The delivery is overseen by your Sales Manager to guarantee that everything goes according to plan.
7. Our Service Manager will do a follow up visit after approximately 2 weeks after the delivery to introduce herself/himself in person to your company's contact person and to ensure that the plants are settling in a good way.
8. Every 2 weeks our trained gardeners will visit your office to take care of the plants. Besides watering, they will administer fertilizers, prune plants that have grown to big, control and take actions against vermin, replenish soil as well as dust and apply leaf shine to the plants. For every visit they will leave a service note confirming their visit and explanations of what actions have been done.
