Delivery time: Averages 12-14 days after pre-payment has been received, unless other arrangements have been made. Deliveries are made from 9.00-18.00, Monday through Friday, unless otherwise agreed. Additional delivery fees may be charged for deliveries outside of normal work hours.

Weather conditions: Deliveries are not possible when the temperature drops below -10 degrees. The ability to park our delivery vehicles close to the entrance of the building during the winter season is essential.

Plant height: The size of the plant means the total height, including the plant container.

Light requirements: All plants have been selected to suit a specific location within the building. In areas without natural light, artificial light must be used a minimum of 10 hours per day. Keeping a plant in dark conditions, unless otherwise noted, may revoke the plant guarantee.

Plant locations: Due to the different light needs required by each plant, the plants should not be moved from their original location without the agreement of Terrakultur staff. Moving a plant without Terrakultur's agreement may revoke the plant guarantee.

Service fee: Invoiced monthly in advance.

Rental fee:  Invoiced monthly in advance.

Parking: We appreciate your assistance with arranging access as close to your building as possible for both our delivery and maintenance vehicles.

Elevators: We appreciate your assistance with arranging elevator access during our delivery.

Personnel: All our professionally trained staff wear Terrakultur uniforms and carry a personal ID badge. Our staff has received Terrakultur's in-house training in both plant maintenance and corporate behavior.
